Originally from central Pennsylvania, Dr. Heather Crawford has lived in Bradenton, FL since early childhood. A graduate of Florida State University with a degree in exercise science with an emphasis in exercise physiology, she has always had a fascination for the human body. As a lifelong athlete – a competitive gymnast, three-time high school weightlifting state champion, All-Star cheerleader, and FSU cheerleader – her career in chiropractic and body work just made sense.
Dr. Heather earned her doctorate degree from Palmer College of Chiropractic in Port Orange, FL. She is one of the area’s only physicians that is a Certified Chiropractic Sports Physcian® endorsed by the American Chiropractic Board of Sports Physicians™. In 2016, Dr. Heather and her husband, Randall, welcomed their daughter, Hadley. They decided one baby was not enough and Harbor Chiropractic was born with the purpose of providing the Bradenton area with premier chiropractic services and rehabilitative care.
Dr. Heather is well-versed in a variety of treatments, including hands-on adjustments of the spinal column and extremities, adjustments using an Activator, flexion-distraction, Webster’s technique for pregnant mothers, sacro-occipital technique (SOT), instrument assisted soft tissue mobilization (IASTM), spinal therapeutic rehabilitation exercises, kinesiology taping and acupuncture. She is also a proud member of the International Chiropractic Pediatric Association. Dr. Heather is excited to help heal her hometown community and assist patients in achieving their best health yet.

After suffering a lower back injury and seeing a chiropractor, Dr. Stephanie felt at home. She became a regular patient and quickly fell in love with the way chiropractic care alleviated her discomfort and educated her on why she experienced pain in the first place. After completing her undergrad program at UW-Madison, Dr. Stephanie jumped straight into her chiropractic graduate program at Palmer College of Chiropractic in Davenport, IA.
Dr. Stephanie is well-versed in a variety of adjusting and soft tissue techniques, including use of an Activator, flexion-distraction, Palmer Package (Diversified and Thompson), McKenzie Method, instrument assisted soft tissue mobilization (IASTM) and Advanced Soft Tissue Techniques (Cupping, Gua Sha, and Graston). Dr. Kendra Dunham was born and raised in Georgia. From there her family moved to New Mexico and later Colorado, where her parents and sister currently live. Dr. Kendra participated in multiple sports through her childhood and, in high school, began seeing a chiropractor who helped her stay healthy while playing softball and lifting with a strength coach. She is grateful for realizing the benefits of chiropractic care from a young age. After deciding against playing softball in college, Dr. Kendra set her sights on Purdue University in Indiana. She earned a degree in kinesiology with a concentration in clinical exercise physiology from Purdue and, following graduation, moved to Port Orange, FL to attend Palmer College of Chiropractic.
Dr. Kendra is certified in Webster’s technique to help pregnant mothers and is also a member of the International Chiropractic Pediatric Association. She provides a variety of adjusting and soft tissue techniques for all ages, including hands-on and instrument assisted adjusting techniques of the spine and extremities.
